Ingredients:
- 2 peaches diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 8-12 cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 large avocado diced
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil finely chopped
- 200g organic feta crumbled (typically a full package)
Dressing Ingredients:
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions:
