Nicole Joannides is a bodyworker and certified yoga instructor with over two decades of experience guiding people back to balance and wellbeing. Since 2009, her work has focused on helping individuals reconnect with their body, mind, and soul to live with clarity, purpose, and confidence. 

She is the founder of The Y Program for Women, creator of Osom Retreats, wellness manager at Glafki Retreat in Tinos, and founder of Essentia Festival—transformational spaces dedicated to healing, renewal, and empowerment. Nicole is known for her intuitive and supportive approach, helping people navigate life transitions and reconnect with their inner strength and creative potential.
