For the crust
- 1 C flour ( any kind)
- 1 tsp vanilla exctract
- 1 Tbls baking powder
- 1/2 C agave syroup
- 1/2 C margarine or nut butter
- Pinch of salt
For the filling
- 500 gr vegan yogurt
- 3 Tbls corn starch
- 1/2 C agave syroup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbls lemon zest
