Theo’s Vegan Cheesecake

For the crust

  • 1 C flour ( any kind)
  • 1 tsp vanilla exctract
  • 1 Tbls baking powder
  • 1/2 C agave syroup
  • 1/2 C margarine or nut butter
  • Pinch of salt

For the filling

  • 500 gr vegan yogurt
  • 3 Tbls corn starch
  • 1/2 C agave syroup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbls lemon zest
