Oh yes this recipe which is inspired by @thecleanplate will blow your mind every time!

· Seed cracker

· 1/2 cup flaxseeds

· 1 Tbls arrowroot powder

· 1/4 salt

· 3 Tbls black sesame seeds

· 3 Tbls white sesame seeds

· 3 Tbls line seeds

· 1 C boiling water

· 1/2 tsp sea salt on top
