In the 14 years I’ve been practicing and teaching Dietetics I’ve acquired my own toolbox of tools that, my own nutritional mechanisms by which I restore my body to good functioning, maintain my weight and teach children about nutrition at the same time. I don’t think a completely healthy diet is possible for someone who lives and works in an environment like ours… But food is undeniably an important means of living and feeling good. When I use the nutritional mechanisms described in this book, I feel different!
