This fiber rich chia smoothie is sweet and tangy, with a velvety texture thanks to nutritious chia seeds that expand as they combine with liquid.

Ingredients

·        1 ½ cups frozen strawberries

·        1 cup frozen peach slices or pineapple

·        1 cup unsweetened almond milk

·        ½ yogurt

·        ¼ cup frozen cranberries

·        3 dried pitted dates

·        2 tbls chia seeds

Instructions

1.Place strawberries, peaches, almond milk, yogurt, cranberries, dates and chia seeds in a blender. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds.

2.Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately
