Ingredients:

11 /2 C almond milk or any milk you like

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp dry lavender or lavender tea bag

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Heat the almond milk, the cinamon stick and the lavender in a saucepan over med heat and just under boil. 

Stir in vanilla extract and honey, strain and enjoy!
