Who doesn’t like icecream.🍨 Lets get real! How about a guilt free version of ice cream?
I have tried many different versions and flavors and trust me it is a WINNER every time. 😋I eat 1/2 a portion every day almost! Please try it and let us know!

Ingredients:
1 C almond or soy milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder or 1 tso raw cocoa powder
30 gr of banana or mango
1 tsp honey or 1 date (optional)
pinch of salt
200 Kcals, 21 gr protein

Freeze 1 C almond milk for 12 hours minimum.
When you are ready to eat it add the rest of the ingredients and blend in medium to high setting. Top with whatever toppings your may desire, i like choco nibs or salted cashews and enjoy!
