Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C honey
- 1/3 C oat milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in fluid or actual vanilla bean
- 1/2 C organic extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 C lemon juice
- 2/3 C gluten free flour
- 1 C almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
1 . Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C
2. In a mixing bowl combine all fluid ingredients
3. In another bowl combine all dry ingredients
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well.
5. Transfer the batter in a cake pan and bake for 35-40 min
